Despite being a basement, the unit receives an abundance of natural light through the many large windows. The unit is walking distance from downtown Kitchener, which contains many local shops, bakeries, restaurants and more making it the perfect location for out-of-town guests. Guest access The unit is located in a quiet residential neighborhood featuring mature trees and century homes. Guests will have access to one parking spot in the driveway. Please check your mirror when reversing as many neighbours park on the street. You may also park on the streets in the neighbourhood during the spring , summer and fall. You will be ticketed if you park on the street overnight in winter. Grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, parks and theaters are all within a 10-15 minutes walk of the unit.
