Description

Welcome to the Barn and Fossebury Farm. A beautifully converted barn, close to Shakespeare's Stratford and a short drive to the Cotswolds and 45 minutes from NEC. On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets across the open fields. Children and well-behaved pets welcome. We also have stabling onsite should you wish to bring your own horse. The space This converted farm barn is spacious, airy and comfortable. It is suitable for families and or groups of friends. There are 3 main bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with double beds, plus a single room downstairs. It has two bathrooms with baths, and 2 separate seating areas one with an open fire. The large spacious kitchen has table and chairs and fully fitted kitchen with a double oven. There is also a fridge with good size icebox and microwave. There is a 55" Smart TV in the snug, 25” smart TV’s in 2 of the main bedrooms, Fibre WiFi, and woodburner for cosy evenings in and blackout curtains and blinds. Our water is ground source mineral water and therefore bottled drinking water is supplied. Basic supplies will be included and specific hampers can be made and supplied ready for your arrival. We offer a bbq during the summer months together with outdoor cushions. You will love the views across open fields and enjoy time spent relaxing in the outdoor seating area. You will enjoy many local walks. A guide book will be available. You are close to lots of pubs and restaurants the closest being the Chequers at Ettington which is only a mile and a half away. Many other good eateries are in the area and are detailed within the welcome guide. Dogs are welcome but must stay downstairs please. Guest access You will have immediate access to the front of the building including the gravel and lawned area. Please do not access the main farm or stable courtyard area. Other things to note Our water is ground sourced and pumped from a bore hole. The pressure is not as strong as main water and baths etc are sometimes slow to run. Please therefore allow time for the system to replenish and do not run two baths at the same time as this will drain the tank. It is natural spring water and sometimes has a slight colour too it, this is totally normal. We supply bottled water for drinking. We also lamb during March and April and so the sheep are near the buildings in the sheds and can sometimes be rather noisy especially when waiting to be fed.
