Villa Pedaliza with its large private pool and 5 bedrooms offers you a cosy feel, within easy access to town centre ( less than 5 mins walk). This villa provides a glass covered winter garden and central heating for cooler months whilst still popular for summer times. The large chill out space makes the villa perfect for families or groups. The pool is located at the back yard , away from the road site so it is very quite and relaxing. The space The large front terrace with seating is perfect for sociable meals. There is also a large swing ideal for an afternoon nap. The private pool located at the rear of the villa and with its very high lush green plants offers great privacy. The pool has a step to the shallow area and a ladder at the end of the pool. With outside seating and sunbeds your pool days are well catered for or evenings as there is a stone bbq in the garden. We look forward to hearing what names you give to the resident mosaic turtles around the pool. Authentic Turkish style lighting of the pool area sets a romantic atmosphere. The mature garden complete with banana and lemon trees is a delight. A parking space is available. Villa Pedeliza has a well-equipped kitchen, complete with fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, water cooler and plenty of glases/plates and access to the patio as well as the path leading to the pool. From the kitchen you come into the lounge and dining area, which is air-conditioned and has a fireplace for cooler evenings. The ground floor bedroom has a doubled bed and a single bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Downstairs bathroom has a shower, WC and handbasin. The back door has a direct access to the pool area. There are four double bedrooms on the first floor all with a vintage style of decor and air conditioning, one of which has an en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin. We are looking forward to welcome our guests. Guest access Guests are free to use all parts of the house and the grounds.
