The sleeping area guarantees a good night's sleep with a 140×190 cm double bed. In terms of amenities, everything is ready: a functional kitchen (toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a space for teleworking with an extra console, and everything you need for a hassle-free stay. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The location makes all the difference: in just a few minutes, you can reach the shops, cafés and gourmet atmosphere of the Place du Vieux-Marché, and Rouen train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Other things to note Please note that the flat is on the first floor and the building does not have a lift. Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. They are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and departures must be no later than 11 a.m. Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
