The space This is a new home with new furniture and appliances. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms . The bedrooms have comfortable memory foam beds, including 2 kings, 1 queen, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a queen air mattress. There is a twin chaise lounge in the master bedroom for extra room if needed! Fast Wifi of 400 Mbps - perfect for working or doing homework from home. Desk space provided for working. The 2-car garage is for guest use. The kitchen has all granite counters and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glassware, etc. We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner and lots of fluffy towels. We have a grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit out back. Washer and dryer for your convenience on longer stays. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with our 330 days a year of sunshine and gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains. Safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to I25 and the 70 making White Sands or any other destination convenient. Other things to note We have lots of great restaurants, a variety of parks, and plenty of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. And this weather has been great!
