Quiet room in Unterföhring Room 1

OUR HOUSE IS VERY SECLUDED! If you love nature and you don't mind a walk of approx. 19-25 minutes to the nearest stop (bus - Etzweg) doesn't bother you, then you have found the right place. A car is an advantage. Within walking distance is the S-Bahn Johanniskirchen or Unterföhring approx. 25 minutes away, by car 5 minutes. From there it is about 25 minutes to the city center. The Unterföhring industrial park is within approx. 25 minutes away. For allergy sufferers: WE HAVE 2 CATS! The space Our single-family home is set amidst fields. If you look out the bathroom window, you sometimes see deer jumping across the field in summer. In the immediate vicinity is an alpaca farm. In the evening it is very dark, there are no street lights. Guest access We rent 2 guest rooms, which are on the upper floor of the house. You share the bathroom with another guest and my daughter. We are happy to coordinate the use of the bathroom in terms of time. In the event of bottlenecks, it is also possible to use the bathroom on the ground floor. There is access to the rooms, a balcony connects the 2 guest rooms. If necessary, something can be placed in the refrigerator/freezer compartment in the kitchen. Other things to note We rent a total of 2 guest rooms. In one room there is a 160 cm bed and in the other a 0.90 cm bed.
