Garden loft on the Mur

The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space. The space All furniture and accessories have been carefully selected and coordinated. The master bedroom on the lower floor has a door. All other sleeping options are on the upper floor. The upper floor is a large room with no doors. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge and small freezer. There should be enough cookware. The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Animals cannot be brought! Guest access Access to the apartment can only be reached by foot (approx. 3 minutes) via the Murpromenade from the Tieranger car park. A private parking space with special sign is available for you there during your stay. In addition to the beautiful terrace, you can use a small part of the garden. We live right next door, the rest of the garden belongs to our living and private area. Our cat Milos moves freely in the garden. He is very shy and unfortunately does not like strangers. Please take care of his mind and don't feed him ;-) ! Other things to note Access to the apartment can only be reached by foot (approx. 3 minutes) via the Murpromenade from the Tieranger car park. (NOT via the Liechtensteinstraße!) At the Tieranger car park there is a private car park available for you for the duration of your stay. You will find this in the rear part of the parking lot, marked with a sign "Gartenloft". Attention cat allergy sufferers: Our cat Milos hangs around on the terrace in the absence of guests and sometimes sleeps on the sofa there.
