BATHROOMS: The villa includes three bathrooms complete with all essential amenities, providing towels for shower, face, bidet, as well as a hairdryer. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, while the third offers a relaxing bathtub. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a comfortable sofa facing the TV for relaxation while watching a film. It comes with a coffee table in front of the sofa, a dining table with a garden view, perfect for enjoying meals while watching TV. Air conditioning is present in the living room. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Adjacent is a large dining table with a garden view, perfect for accommodating numerous guests. OUTDOORS: In the villa's exterior, you will be welcomed by a 4-person pool, ready to offer moments of refreshing relaxation and fun. The barbecue invites you to create delightful outdoor dinners with a spacious table for enjoying your meals. Private parking spaces are guaranteed within the property. Guest access The villa is fully accessible to guests. Access will occur automatically through a safety box, the code for which (providing the keys) will be given after the confirmed booking. In case of assistance with check-in or any other needs, the property manager or their assistant will be available part-time, residing in the adjacent self-contained studio next to the villa.
