New house with terrace near Annecy

Come visit our beautiful region in a quiet and soothing environment. Annecy a few kilometers away, its lake, its mountains! Close to Switzerland. The house is located in a residential area, very quiet with hiking trails nearby and all the amenities needed to do your shopping or enjoy a good meal in the many restaurants.
