Relax with family & friends at our newly remodeled home, Casita del Río, nestled in the Wenatchee Valley. La casita is an open, stylish space with plenty of warm natural light and scenic views located near the Columbia River, Hydro Park, & a trail point for the Apple Loop. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining/entertainment with access to BBQ and deck. La casita is also only a short car ride away (abt 30 min) from popular destinations, including Leavenworth, Mission Ridge & Lake Chelan. The space Casita Del Río is a fully remodeled modern farmhouse. Inside is brightly lit, a vaulted ceiling and wood accents. The living room includes a Smart TV, the kitchen is well stocked, and each bedroom has extra blankets. Laundry room is also available for use in home. Master bedroom: King bed with direct access to master bath Master Bathroom: Triple Head Shower Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen Bed Guest Bathroom: Bath/Shower Combo Guest access Guests have full access to entire home with ample parking space. Amenities include front yard patio with fire-pit and BBQ and deck with outdoor dining. Other things to note La Casita is near a highway and there is traffic noise. On nightstands, we include ear plugs and a noise machine for your convenience. Hydro Park is also across from our home and there are park lights at night. ***Notice of Nearby Construction – Please Read Before Booking*** There is a new property under development adjacent to La Casita. Construction is set to start midsummer and will occasionally produce noise during weekdays. We are doing our best to minimize disruption and ensure our guests still enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.
