The unit is perfectly located on a dead end street less than 2 miles from the airport. It offers a beautiful wood-stove fireplace, a comfortable queen sized bed, a couch for relaxing and a Roku TV. The apartment is decorated with Alaskan art depicting our local mountains throughout. The bright and cozy unit is south facing to catch the most sun in winter and offer some respite during our long summer days. The updated modern kitchen is set up nicely for any of your cooking delights and the stainless refrigerator offers filtered water and a ice-maker. There is a washer and dryer room within the unit just for your use. There is a bbq and picnic table out front for use by you and your guests. A private driveway with security lights offers secure parking for your vehicle. Guest access Guests will park in the driveway in the slot signed guest parking. From there they will walk up the driveway and go up a small flight of stairs walk straight to the staircase up to the right on the left (west side) of the home. The back door will open to a small deck with staircase down to the left where your yard with picnic table BBQ and fire pit will be.
