Apartment in the downtown-beach area

Newly renovated apartment with a perfect location on the Paseo de los Baños de Castelldefels. It is a house that is on the first floor by stairs a few meters from the beach with all the equipment. It has an open living room - dining room with two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses separated from the living area so that rest is guaranteed. License HUTB-035697 The space The apartment is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, television, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron, hairdryer and free wifi. It is just minutes from the Castelldefels beach train station that takes you to downtown Barcelona in about 20 minutes. There are also bus stops to go to the city a block away. A busy area with a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and all the facilities, as well as some of the most popular restaurants in the area that I will gladly recommend to you. You must present ID upon arrival at the apartment. To comply with current regulations and be able to register all our guests on the regional police portal, we must take photos of each guest's identity documents. I hope that's not a big inconvenience! Also remember that upon arrival you have to pay the municipal tourist tax of €2.5 per person per night to be attached with the documentation for the police.
