The house is a 10-minute drive from downtown Grenoble. Ideal for travelers wishing to hike in summer (Vercors, Chartreuse, Belledonne) or ski in winter (we are 30 min from Chamrousse, 35 min from Sept Laux, 40 min from Collet d'Allevard, 45 min from Lans en Vercors). The Uriage thermal baths are 10 min by car. The space The house includes 5 bedrooms with double bed, a large office with a double sofa bed, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, a dining kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a small office. Outside you will find a 3.5 x 6 m swimming pool with electric curtain, garden furniture and a dining area for 10 people with a plancha. We have a nice cat that comes in and out of the house freely. So you'll see it walking around the garden and the house. Parties are forbidden. The tranquility of the neighbors must be respected. Linens and towels are provided.
