Charming 3-bedroom house in tranquil Tobyhanna.

Located in the Poconos, this four season home is great to experience year round. It's in a gated community with outdoor pools during summertime (pool passes need to be purchased at the pool, $12 per day/per person). There are small lakes within the community and a larger lake minutes away where you can swim at Tobyhanna State park. The house is very close to Kalahari an indoor water park that is very popular in this area and close to ski slopes during wintertime for those who like to ski. The space Heated floors will keep your toes warm this winter while you watch the snow outside. Two bedrooms with Queen beds and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. Complimentary bath towels and bed linens provided. Pool towels available as well. Please note that there’s no AC. There’s a ceiling fan in the living room and portable fans in each of the three bedrooms. Other things to note Please note that there is no air conditioning like in most of the homes in the area. It’s always cooler in the Poconos. If you’re coming from nearby NYC area, please be mindful of the 10 degree temp difference and dress accordingly. There are floor fans in each bedroom and ceiling fan in the living room. If booked last minute (less than 3 days before stay) then a fee of $75 is charged by the community. So if it’s less than 3 days notice then the extra fee applies and a request for payment will be sent separately. Thank you.
