The space Ideal for between 8-12 guests, 'Les Julianes' offers spacious accomodation across three flours. Exposed beams, clean modern decor and amazing views across the valley means visitors are instantly relaxed and at peace with the environment. Four-double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provide a queen or double bed in each room along with a full shower. The master bedroom also features a full bath. With hotel quality bedding and linen, the rooms will provide a sanctuary for guests looking to relax. Two of the bedrooms can be separated from the main house and act as independent accommodation - ideal for families or friends who may want a little more privacy. One bedroom provides 'gite' standard accommodation with it's own kitchen, dining and living room in a shared space. A queen sized sofa bed is also available in the gite, ideal for a family of four. Alternatively, the whole house can be opened up to offer a flexible living space with two kitchens and two living areas. The dining room easily accommodates eight people, with amazing views across the vineyards and all the way to neighbouring villages. It also has a wood burner for keeping warm on colder winter nights. The kitchen is fully functional for larger groups with a hob, oven and microwave, along with Nespresso coffee machine and American fridge freezer. It's equipped with all the necessities that you'd expect for a four bedroom home, and makes catering for large groups easy. Visitors can take advantage of a number of outdoor spaces, including a swimming pool, outdoor living and dining areas, which are ideal for lazing in the sun. Guests can pick figs from the mature tree on the patio and help harvest olives from the small orchard when in season. A petanque (boules) court provides a great distraction during lazy afternoons.
