Our family cabin is a perfect get-a-way for families and friends! The cabin is located in the prestigious community of Timber Ridge; minutes away from Windermere Public Beach, Kinsmen Beach and James Cabot Provincial Park Beach. Also within close proximity are 11 golf courses, two ski hills and kilometres of pathways for hiking or biking. It is the perfect locations to create timeless memories with family and friends. The space TimberRidge is a quick 10 minute drive to the town of Invermere where you will have access to all essential services including a hospital and walk in medical clinic. We are 30 minutes from Panorama, for skiing, golf, etc and 20 minutes from Fairmont for skiing, hot springs and golf. There are 6 golf courses within 15 minutes from the cabin. There are also two public boat launches near by - one at Pete’s Marina and the other at Pedlay Beach. Our family cabin is situated on a huge lot, and offers a spacious and bright living area with a wood burning fireplace and a wall of windows with a view of the mountains and ravine. There are two bedrooms and full bathroom on the main floor, and two bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. Also downstairs is the laundry area and pool table with cues, including small ones for children. On the main floor, there is a well equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee pot, a kettle, an Actifry, a toaster oven, a large electric grill, microwave and a well stocked spice/oil cupboard. The large eating area off the kitchen opens onto the covered bbq area on the deck. The large deck overlooks the expansive yard where you can play badminton, bocci ball and lawn darts (equipment provided) or enjoy a fire in the fire pit. Firewood is provided. Guest access As our guests you will have access to the whole cabin and all the wonderful experiences and adventures of the East Kootenay region! Other things to note Lots of board games, outdoor games (badminton, volleyball, bocci ball, lawn darts) and beach chairs, towels, small kayak and dingy are provided.
