We have security cameras. All guest needs registration with identification. You’re more than Welcome! The space The apartment is spacious with a separate entrance. The interior spaces are comfortable. Includes curtains for your privacy and windows to prefer lighting. It is a welcoming and relax place. About the location, recommended rent a car. Guest access You have immediate access to the main entrance gate. Where you will have access to the vehicle in front of private property. Is very important always park in front of the property. Not in front of the neighbors house. Other things to note The location is rural and urban. Surrounded by vegetation and mountains. With immediate access to main roads, pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, fast food, local food restaurants and shopping centers. (Approximate 5 to 12 minutes to Walgreens or Walmart driving from our place). The beaches and rivers are about 18 minutes away by car. And about 30 to 40 minutes from the capital of San Juan or international airport. (We recommend rent a car).
