Upstairs you’ll find 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.. each bedroom has a balcony! The first bedroom has a Cal king bed, the second has a queen size bed, the third has a full bed and the fourth is furnished with twin bunk beds. Downstairs there is open kitchen (with all needed accessories available for you to use) and dining room flow nicely into cozy livingroom or enjoy the large open space balcony. The solarium joins the main house and the pool room (the pool table and the piano is also located there). There is a full bathroom in the pool room as well.. There is a TV (Netflix/Amazon prime friendly) and WiFi Available. Walk just a couple hundred feet to the Trinity river and fish for Trout, Steelhead, and Salmon (make sure to bring your license or purchase one at the local Trinity Fly Fish Shop), or view a variety of wildlife. Kick back on one of the covered porches or open decks and relax to the sounds of nature. You can also enjoy a nice warm fire. Within couple of miles there is a groceries and a gas station If needed for last minute necessaries and wood. Please note: for the sake of your safety there are two cameras located outside by the garage. Guest access The entire property is yours to explore and enjoy, except for the garage.
