Nice house with large garden near Utrecht!

In this centrally located accommodation, everything for your family is within reach. With 4 bedrooms (1 for a toddler), a bathroom and a spacious garden, you have all the space you need! Our house is located near Utrecht (both bus, bicycle and car are possible) and therefore you are also at the station in no time. De Bilt itself has everything you need, but if you want to go out, that's certainly not a problem! Our street is quiet and children play on the street. The space We have a child-friendly home, which we are careful about. Of course, our house is lived in (after all, we have three children), but we do ask tenants to be a little careful so that it is also habitable for us when we come back... ;-)! The house features a spacious living room-kitchen, a sitting area and a utility room. Upstairs, we have three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. In the attic, there is another bedroom and a study. All rooms may be used! Guest access Guests have access to all the space except the garden house.
