Looking for the perfect family getaway? Our 3 bed 2 bath house is here for you. Located in the Desert Hot Springs this perfect home has everything you need. This house has a swimming pool, spa, pool table, BBQ grill, patio with dining set and gorgeous gazebo with lounge set. We have smart TVs with Netflix, a bunch of board games, and tons of more fun. Stores and restaurants located under 2 miles, this great gateway awaits you! The space Bedroom 1: Queen bed and folding bed w/Memory Foam Mattress in the closet Bedroom 2: Full bed with twin trundle Bedroom 3: Full/Twin/Queen Bunk Bed Each bedroom has high-quality mattress, so you can sleep in comfort. Bathrooms come with essentials including towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner for your convenience. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner including refrigerator, stovetop, dishwater, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and much more. Guest access The entire home will be accessible including two car garage. There is a space for two cars on the driveway and one car in front of the house. Other things to note For security purpose, the security cameras are installed on the sides of the house. No cameras at the backyard. Twice weekly pool service is provided. The pool service person will only have access to the pool. They do not have access to the house. Gardening service can also arrive during your stay, they will enter through the side gate. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this. We can check the schedule for you to see if these services will take place during your stay. Spa and Pool heating is optional. Spa heating is $100 for the first 2 nights of your stay. Price is subject to change if the stay exceeds 2 nights. Pool heating charge depends on the stay. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. If one is heating, the other one isn't. Please note we do PREHEAT both spa and pool. Requests should be done 24 hours before check in. A/C, Please Do Not set the A/C below 74°, or the system will freeze up and break. Please leave settings at: • 74°when you’re home • 85° when you’re away PETS: We are pet-friendly home! We charge $75 per pet per reservation. We allow 1 pet per reservation. Pets are not allowed on indoor/outdoor furniture. ALL pet waste should be cleaned up when departing to avoid violation. CITY NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8 am. No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quite hours. Guests will face eviction and a minimum fine of $1000 will be charged to guests if City Code Enforcement is called to the house for causing a noise disturbance of any kind.
