The space Within the Riverside Escape community, Moon River Mentone 2 is a cozy hideaway where time moves a little slower and the sound of the river soothes the soul. A short walk leads you to the public boat ramp—your gateway to kayaking, tubing, or simply relaxing beside the gentle flow of the Little River. ➣ Living Room A comfortable, inviting space with large windows overlooking the trees and the fireplace— perfect for relaxing after a day by the river. ➣ Kitchen Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, offering everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. ➣ Master Bedroom (Main Floor) A restful space with a Queen size bed and soft bedding to help you recharge for the next day’s adventures. ➣ Bedroom 2 Please keep in mind the loft is not walkable space. It’s about 4’ high. A full mattress in each of the two lofts. ➣ Bedroom 3 (Bunk Bed) Bunk bed with 2 twin beds. ➣ Bathroom Clean and modern, stocked with fresh towels and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, with a shower conveniently available in this space. ➣ Washer & Dryer Pack lightly! Washer and Dryer available for your convenience. Near 4 state parks: DeSoto, Little River Canyon, Cloudland & Sloppy Floyd Moon River Mentone 2 is tucked along a peaceful lane of tiny homes called Riverside Escape. Surrounded by trees and nature’s quiet charm, this cozy retreat shares a driveway with its neighboring home. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a public boat ramp — the perfect spot to launch your kayaks, cast a line, or simply drift along the river and let your worries float away. Traveling with friends? Book nearby Moon River Mentone 1 for more space and shared adventures! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Parking available on the gravel driveway. Other things to note ► Bathroom Essentials We provide a limited supply of bathroom essentials, including one roll of toilet paper per guest, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Please plan accordingly for your stay and feel free to bring any additional items you may need. ► No Parties and/or Events ► No Smoking or Vaping ► Quiet Hours: 10 pm-7 am ► Kayaks are not provided. ► This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: ● Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per stay. ● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. ● No more than 2 dogs, no larger than 60 pounds. If your pet is heavier than 60 pounds, it will require pre-approval from our team. ● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. ● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.
