LIVING ROOM - Fast WIFI - 58" Roku TV with Netflix - Work space for "work from home" entrepreneurs. - 3 seater sectional couch that converts to a double sofa bed (sleeps 2) - A double size plush blanket, bed sheet and 2 pillows will only be stowed inside the sectional when additional guest are registered or upon request. - Reading nook for the books you can't put down - West facing balcony (sun sets right into the condo) - Stand up electric fan for the warmer nights DINING ROOM - Dinner table for 3 - 3 extra chairs stored in the hallway closet KITCHEN - Equipped with all the kitchen essentials to make a perfect meal. Including a toaster, coffee maker, an electric kettle, and dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher. PARKING - There is NO underground/ designated stall parking. - Free parking is available on the street around the building. - Please abide by street parking laws. *Vehicles parked on public property must be moved every 72 hours, even if they are otherwise parked legally.* Other things to note CHECK-IN - Initial access to the building is from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm. Front building door will be locked after 9:00 pm for security and will NOT be accessible for check-in. *CHECK-IN MUST BE BEFORE 9:00 PM MST, LATE CHECK-IN IS NOT PERMITTED* CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS - Detailed check-in, check out and parking instructions will be accessible 48 hours prior to your reservation date. 1. No parties 2. No smoking in the unit - Violation of the "No Smoking in the unit" rule will result in a **$300 fine** 3. No pets in the unit 4.
