Step out of the front door & you're already in a prime location on the doorstep of Brighton Marina (walking distance), close to the centre of Brighton & a stones throw away from the famous seafront. In terms of location, it doesn’t get much better than this. The space Marina Way has ample living/dining space for 8 guests with an extra-large, comfy custom-made sofa unit and a large smart TV for all your entertainment needs. You won’t want to leave! For those nights you just want to stay in and have wholesome family/group evenings, there’s a large solid oak dining table big enough to seat 8 guests. In the summer the south facing garden is the perfect outdoor space to relax with a glass of wine, there is a lovely little seating area that seats up to 4 guests with a coffee table. Comfortable beds (3 king-size beds and 2 x bunkbeds) all supplied with indulgent hotel quality duvets, pillows, linen and towels for that home away from home feel. Luxury bathrooms with high quality baths and powerful showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. You have the entire house to yourself, as well as a large patio and grassed garden, for the duration of your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
