Large 3 bedroom house at the end of a private country road. Great place for a retreat into nature. In the heart of wine country. Amazing view of Cayuga Lake. The house is built on a small cliff less than 100 feet from the lake for an eagles nest view. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The radiant heat makes it a cozy spot. Come stay for great hikes, amazing, sunset, and quiet repose. The space This house sits on a cliff edge overlooking Cayuga lake. Guest access You'll have access to the main ground floor and the second floor but not the basement. Other things to note No smoking or vaping inside. You may smoke outside. There is an ashtray and chairs provided on your patio. There is a $150 fine to cover the extra cleaning needed if you smoke or vape inside. Sorry, no pets allowed. This house is on a winding dirt road. During winter, it is recommended you have an all-wheel vehicle. The road does get plowed. It is in the country, therefore, cell phone, wi-fi and internet service is not always reliable but usually available.
