Welcome to Richmond Hill, Queens. Our guest suite offers travelers a place to rest after a day of sightseeing around NYC. We are a 1/2 block from the 111 street "J" Subway stop which takes you into Manhattan in 40-50 minutes and is centrally located between JFK and LGA airports. Our neighborhood offers diverse ethnic food typical of Queens, grocery stores, convenience stores, laundromat, etc. Forest Park, which offers outdoor recreation is only 3 blocks away. The space It is a great space to relax after a day of exploring NYC. The PRIVATE guest suite has it's own entrance and the entire suite is for guest use only. There is an oversized bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower stall. The bedroom is cozy, it has a new Queen size bed, table and two chairs, ceiling fan, closet and RoKu TV. There are two windows in the bedroom which offers great views of the sunset and plenty of natural light. The small kitchenette has a refrigerator and freezer, single hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, mugs, basically everything you need to reheat leftovers or make simple dishes on the hot plate or in the microwave. Please note, the stairs to the suite are a little narrow and steep, so anyone with serious mobility issues, this may be a concern. The HVAC in the suite is controlled by the guest. There is a split unit in the bedroom that supplies heat and air conditioning. Other things to note We are legally registered with the City of New York to be a short term rental host. Our registration number is OSE-STRREG-0000033. We have two dogs and a cat, neither will be in your space. We want to inform our guests, Paloma and Xena are very friendly, curious dogs and spend time in the yard, and to be diligent in locking and closing the gate. We will make sure they are out of your way when you are arriving and leaving. If they happen to be outside enjoying some fresh air… it means we are home. Registration number OSE-STRREG-0000033
