The space This is a private ground floor apartment that was completely renovated in 2022. There are mini splits as well as heated floors, to go along with all new appliances and bathroom fixtures. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and an open concept living room space with a couch that can be to sleep one guest. A car charging station is also available in the back parking area. It's of most importance to us that guests will always find a sparkling clean apartment where you can feel at home with all the essentials you'll need such as: - All bedding, blankets and pillows - Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board - Washer and dryer and laundry supplies in the unit - Complete dish sets, pots and pans, and cooking supplies - On-street and off-street parking - Frontier high speed WiFi with free Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, Prime Video, Disney+ and for the Portuguese speaking guests, Globoplay. - Pack and play is available upon request.
