This Cozy 4 bedroom home with a Basement and a Home Theater for relaxation, family bonding, peace of mind and a spacious home brings a breath of fresh air and a Trail park near by close to downtown Suwanee where you and the family will have the opportunity to go to the Local Brewery relax with music and enjoy the local Beer and good food. Moreover, to wind down we have the Home Theater in the Basement for movies and music. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space There are two Master Bedrooms one on the Main and other on the 2nd floor, with a King size bed. the other bedroom on the 2nd floor is mid size with a queen size bed. both rooms are upstairs next to the office. Both bedrooms have large windows overlooking the woods, and both have ceiling fans with led lights. Both rooms have large walking closet with shoe hanger and clothing hanger. Both rooms have private full bath with a bath tub and shower. The office has a large window overlooking the street. The whole house has powerful wireless internet. Guest access Guest can use the kitchen, Home Theater, both living room next to the kitchen, pantry, stove and microwave. During your stay I will help in setting up any movie requests. I will guide you setting up the printer for use. Other things to note The Basement is under-construction but the Home Theater is finished and working very well. It sounds awesome and I have both current movies and old movies using a special App where I have access to 10,000 movies and access to every local channel and Major channels to watch. You are welcome to watch movies in the Home Theater while you cuddle with a glass of wine.
