Rooms in Beautiful loft 100 m from the train station

Loft for rent by the room or whole (please see booking conditions below). By the water, exit Le Mans station and 15 min from the 24-hour circuit. Very spacious with large living rooms and a loggia overlooking the river and a 16-hectare park. Garden, private sheltered and secure parking. Share the common area, 3 living rooms, kitchen. But your private space includes in each room: seating area, TV, dressing room, beds for 4 to 6 people. Toilet, private shower room. The space Once you have parked your vehicles in the enclosed courtyard of the loft or under the porch (surveillance cameras), you can access a reception area on the ground floor where you can drop off your suitcases and belongings in boxes available to you. A large terrace with covered outdoor lounge, jacuzzi (depending on the period), barbecue and garden overlooking the river. Accessing the upper floor, a large living room with 3 living rooms and a fourth in loggia overlooking the river with the bubbling of the dam. An open kitchen with several refrigerators, ovens, cooking areas and everything for cooking. Each bedroom is designed as a private space with living room, TV, dressing room and 2 double beds, 6 single beds for the first. 1 double bed, 2 single beds for the second. 3 double beds, 1 single bed for the third. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. You can fish or take a boat or canoe ride that I make available to you or take a walk in the 16 ha park at the foot of the loft. Visit the city or the old town with its medieval city and cathedral 10 minutes away. The 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is 15 minutes away. Paris is 55 minutes from the loft. All shops, supermarket, tobacco and pharmacy 2 streets away. The loft can be rented by the room or in full according to your needs. Per room, and if you book for a small number of people, guests may book a room that is still available, and you will need to share the common areas. This can happen for periods of high demand or special events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans. It is therefore advisable if you want to privatize the place, either to book for a sufficient number of people, or to rent the entire loft in my other Airbnb listing "artist loft" in its entirety.
