Something for everyone here! The space Three bedroom home with a private yard on a quiet street just off of downtown. Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and half bath are located on the ground floor. The three bedrooms, full bath, and reading nook are located on the second floor. Guest access The entire home, with the exception of the basement and cleaning supply closet. Other things to note PETS: dogs are permitted, however, they must be registered at the time of booking and the pet fee must be paid. Pets should not be left unattended. Please do not let your dogs go into the neighbors’ yards. PARKING: you must park in front of or in the garage*, or in the street unless parking restrictions** are in place. The driveway next to the garage looks like it's part of our property, but it is the neighbor's driveway. Please do not park or block that driveway. Please remember that this is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please be respectful of their property and privacy. *GARAGE: the garage is small and a large pickup or SUV will NOT fit inside. I drive a Palisade and it fits, but just barely. The space in front of the garage will only hold one vehicle. **PARKING RESTRICTIONS: from November 1st to April 1st, no vehicles are allowed to be parked in the street from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Parking in the street during these times can lead to a $75 fine and/or your vehicle being towed.
