King size bed, off street parking for one car, and a well equipped kitchen recently renovated bathroom. Easy diy check-in. The space This large studio guest suite is over 1000 sq ft. We have set it up so each area feels like it’s own designated area. New windows with screens, Central AC and heat, full kitchen amenities, and gorgeous new bathroom. Guest access Everything is available to you within the guest suite. The outside back patio sheds are off limits. And one parking spot by the propane tank is off limits. Other things to note My guest house is attached to my art gallery. I have been a full time artist for over eighteen years. I create one of a kind art and lamps with woodcut printmaking and oil paint. My hours of operation during winter are 11am and 3pm Friday through Sunday. Summer Hours are Thursday through Monday 11-4. There will be a little noise during art gallery hours but not too bad.
