Country stop over

All welcome. The property is located in the heart of mid Wales. In a small rural village. Wildlife is abundant in the area. It is situated on the Glyndwr way and the Ann Griffith walk and there are many others close by. We are surrounded by views of the countryside. The river Vyrnwy runs through the village. Llanrhaeadr ym mochnant water fall, one of Wales seven wonders is 19 miles away. Lake Vyrnwy is 10 miles away and Powys castle 14 miles. Llanfair to Welshpool light railway is 7 miles. The space We offer a private double bedroom, whilst staying you will have sole use of a shower room next door to bedroom, bath robes/towels are provided (although we do store private items in the rooms they will not need to be accessed during your stay). Tea /coffee are provided in the room. You can also enjoy shared spaces including dining room/ T.V.Lounge and garden. Guest access We can offer options of Fishing equipment/transport/washing and drying service/packed lunch/breakfast, all with prior notice. The nearest Pub/shop is 7 miles from the property, but we can on request do your shopping for you, if you intend to do your own cooking/or just want some beer/wine in. £38 per room. £5 per person Full English Breakfast. £5 per person Packed lunch. £5 for use of kitchen per day. £5 full washing load inc drying. £10 per day fishing equipment(rod/stand/net/lures). Transport costs depend on millage. During your stay Our interaction depends on you. We will be on hand to help with any queries, or to give local information such as directions, advice on restaurants and activities. Other things to note Whilst in Wales it is our advice to set your Sat nav to quickest route. This is because the shortest routes can sometimes be very narrow with slow driving conditions or there may be gates to open/close.
