The chic glasshouse has everything you’ll need for a staycation. It exudes an abundance of breathing space from the dining table, a comfy sala with a 65-inch TV where you can laze around, and an even more spacious sleeping area which open up to the beautiful wading pool and garden plus a spacious toilet and bath, and a detached massage room. At our villa, we embrace the beauty of open-plan living, designed to enhance the bonding experience for our guests. With spaces that encourage connection and conversation, you can always see and share moments with one another. This is truly the essence of a memorable staycation or vacation. *** We have two caretakers who are available to assist you with any needs or concerns during your stay. The staff house is conveniently located upstairs, just across the villa. For non-urgent matters, we kindly ask that you request assistance until 9 PM. For urgent concerns, you may contact the staff directly; their numbers will be provided. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with no reported incidents of any untoward events. *** FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE Check in: 2PM Check out: 11AM A security deposit of Php 3,000.00 is required upon check-in. It will be returned to you upon check-out provided that there is no damage made during your stay. Checking out later than 11am will forfeit the security deposit. *Strictly 11am checkout if it’s back to back booking. NO unauthorized person/s or visitor/s will be allowed to enter. Our staff shall do proper headcount before entering. Non compliance or dishonesty from guests will lead to cancellation of booking. Guests must ensure pets are fully house-trained and non-destructive, as guests are responsible for immediate cleaning of any pet fouling and for any damage caused by their pet. Failure to comply with these rules can result in penalties, cleaning fees, and charges for repairs or replacement of damaged items.  We allow up to 2 pets. A pet fee of P1000 each pet applies. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool. Penalties for Non-Compliance  * Fouling: A penalty payment (PHP 5,000) may be imposed for failing to clean pet waste immediately. 
 * Damage: Guests will be charged for damages to fixtures, furnishings, and equipment, including the cost of replacements plus shipping. 
 * Extreme Cases: In severe cases of damage or non-compliance, criminal charges may be pursued.
 *** ON PWDs & SENIORS We do allow PWDs but please note that we have no wheelchair ramp and there are stairs going up & down the property. We welcome elders/seniors as long as walking or taking the stairs is not an issue. *** TROPICAL SETUP Here, we embrace our beautiful natural surroundings, which can sometimes include the presence of bugs and other natural dwellers that may come around once in a while. We take proactive steps to manage this through pest control measures and encourage our guests to keep doors closed, especially during the rainy season when insects may be more prevalent. This is a common aspect of staying in tropical areas, even in high-end luxury resorts. Our staff is always available to assist with any concerns you may have. As we use a digital key, the password for access to the villa shall be given to you upon check-in. Check-in: 2PM Check-out: 11AM NO unregistered guests allowed. Our staff shall do proper headcount before entering. Non compliance or dishonesty from guests may lead to total cancellation of booking. NO loud or big events allowed. Please minimize noise after 9PM until 8AM as courtesy to our neighbors. Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the villa. Any damage caused by guests smoking or vaping in the villa, inclusive of smoke damage, shall be treated seriously and charged for payment accordingly. Please smoke or vape only in our designated area. NO pets allowed. NO bringing of any heating appliances. NO illegal drugs and other objects allowed. Alcoholic beverages may be brought, but make sure to drink responsibly and to not cause any damage to any property of SALUD. Damages shall be charged accordingly. During your stay, please treat the villa as your own. Please throw your trash into the right containers. Trash bins are provided inside and outside the villa for your convenience and use. Please keep the villa free from obnoxious odors. NO cooking of or bringing any dried fish or food that has a strong smell. Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and all others owned by the SALUD. In case any is determined to be lost, stolen, stained, or damaged, and exceeds the security deposit, you shall be charged for payment accordingly. Please take extra precaution when using the glass doors. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please do not eat or drink in bed. Please turn off the light, air-conditioning unit/s and other appliances when going out or when not in use. In case the aircon is being utilized, please close the doors. Please do not loiter around the property. For parents, please watch over your children, especially when swimming, to prevent any accidents. SALUD will not be held liable for any accidents or untoward events. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings or valuables. SALUD shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage. CHECKIN REMINDERS: Important Notes: 1.)Our parking space is an bamboo-designed open area that can fit 2-3 cars only. Just kindly note that in the event of strong winds and typhoons, SALUD is not liable to any damage that will occur on any vehicle. 2.) Please use the outdoor kitchen for heavy cooking. Indoor kitchen is designed for light cooking. Any heavy cooking will be detected by smoke alarm. 3) Please take extra precaution as floor may get slippery when wet. 4.) FOR SAFETY Please ensure that the huge glass door near the pool area is kept closed especially during rainy and windy season. Closing the glass doors will also prevent insects, birds or any kind of animals into entering the villa. 6.) FOR CONVENIENCE We have provided a tablet for all house manual instructions. You may also use it to order food from Grab or Food Panda. 7.) A security deposit of Php 3,000.00 is required upon check-in. It will be returned to you upon check-out provided that there is no damage in the property. Checking out later than 11am will also forfeit the Php 3,000.00 security deposit. 8.)
