Comfortable, affordable, small bedroom, in 3rd floor of the house. It has a Queen Size bed. The room has no bathroom (ensuite) (you have to use a small bathroom in 1st floor), the room has plenty of storage space a balcony and an amazing view of the garden, pool and lagoon canal. Please be aware that this room has no bathroom and you'll have to use a shared full badroom in the main floor (2 sets of starirs below). Great wifi included. The space It’s really a very beautiful, safe, quiet and private place, with a wonderful garden with a private pool, a small canal beach, a Zen deck and a lovely gazebo right in the canal. My home is a 3 story house in a horizontal condo of only 10 houses, some also host on Airbnb. There are other rooms in the house used by Airbnb guests. I have a fully equipped Kitchen. All the amenities you may need for cooking are at your disposal. The room for rent is on the tird floor; on the main floor is the kitchen, laundry room, service room, breakfast room, dining room, one full bathroom (the one you'll use), a bar and the main living room; (feel free to enjoy all the areas in the main floor). I have tree private parking spots in the house if you want to park a car. I have a large washer and dryer, a steam iron and a normal iron with an ironing board at your disposal, you can use them for 10usd per 12 kg load, Eli can also give you a washing and ironing service for $20usd per 12 kg load. Location: The Hotel Zone of Cancun is the most beautiful and exclusive place in Mexico, it is a main Boulevard with the sea on one side and the lagoon on the other side, it has markers at every kilometer, we are at kilometer number 4, in the heart of the hotel zone but only 8 minutes from the center of Cancun and the largest local shopping mall, it is really very easy to get here; Either by driving, by taxi or by truck, you will have no problem getting there.
