Design Beach House with Private Beachfront in Baru

Private beach house located in Baru, just 45 minutes driving from Cartagena's Old City. With 4 bedrooms, a 20-meter infinity pool and 70 meters of private beachfront; this is an ideal getaway for families, friends or couples seeking privacy, personalized service and of course, the best experience in terms of travel and leisure. The space The house is spread over 3 floors: On the main floor, guests can find the main house with living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as the studio, master bedroom, an swimming pool. On the lower floor, the house counts with 3 bedrooms and the path to the private beach. On the upper floor, there is a gym available with treadmill, bicycle, multi-function machine, bench, etc. We have spanish speaking staff available at all time at the property. Our housekeeping and cooking hours are 7am-9pm. Maintenance and security staff is available 24 hours. Kayaks are available for guests at the beach at no cost. Additional services can be organized previous to the guests' check-in for an additional comfort: - English speaking host/waiter - Grocery services - Catering services with chef preparing 3 meals a day and snacks Additional services can be organized directly at the property: - hobbie cat - speedboat - nanny services - laundry services Other things to note **No person outside the reservation is allowed to stay overnight. We stand strongly against sex tourism. All guests need to be registered prior to check-in with a copy of their passport. No guests will be allowed in the house if they have not been registered with an ID prior to check-in.** Check out is at 12pm, and check-in is after 3pm. If no guests are coming in the same day check out and check-in can be flexible. You are visiting a family home, so we are looking for respectful guests who want to relax and will take good care of all appliances and furniture.
