Boasting garden views, Chibi Panda House is an apartment on Sirimangkalajarn Road which is 500 meters step away from the center of Nimmanhaemin Road. It is located in a quiet and cozy area so you can relax and sleep in. This place is surrounded by department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques shops, cafes and bars. The space The space is a 65 sqm room on the first floor, with a bedroom ( 2 single beds, wardrobe and air-condition), restroom, living room (sofa-bed and cable flat-screen TV), kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, gas stove and dining table). This is a room without balcony, but there is a space with washing machine and washing line for you to do the laundry and hang dry the clothes. Guest access - There are space for parking a car, scooter or bicycle. - Free WiFi is available throughout the property. During your stay Please feel free to contact me at any time if needed. Other things to note - For the weekly and monthly stay (28 days or more) , electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 6 Baht and water usage 25 Baht per unit. - For monthly stay, there will be 5,000 Baht deposit upon check in. The electricity and water cost will be deducted from the deposit. - There is an extra 300 Baht charge for the extra bed per night. - We don't provide a daily room cleaning service. Cleaning is doing only before check in and after check out. The extra charge 500 Baht per time is required. If you would like the cleaning to be done during your stay. Please let us know in advance so we could arrange this for you. - Smoking is strongly prohibited in this apartment.
