Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, garage (2 car), gravel driveway, deck, and back patio. IMPORTANT: Enjoy scenic Lake Erie views (no water access). Nearest beach is 8 minutes away. Hillside is also off-limits to guests. Other things to note Children must be supervised on the deck/patio and upstairs balcony at all times. The house is on Lake Erie, but there is no water access from the home. Guests are not permitted on the hillside. Extra guest fee: For more than 4 guests, the fee is $20 per person per night up to 8 guests total. Deck furniture is available April 1 - end of November. Weather conditions may affect these dates. The living room has a large window unit (LG). They're portable AC units in each of the bedrooms as well as the downstairs lounge. All the windows in the bedrooms also have screens.
