The airy and well-decorated living room features a large sofa bed, where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. The area features large windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space and offers beautiful panoramic views of the city of Lyon. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. It also includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's a beautiful kitchen island and six stylish bar stools to relish your meals with comfort and style. Both bedrooms have a double bed, each lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Note : The flat is on the 5th floor accessible via an elevator The ceiling of the mezzanine is low. Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
