The Southwestern Vibe in beautiful Georgetown, Texas! This two story home boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large kitchen and living room, and a full game room with Pac Man, Air Hockey, Pool, and Poker. The beautiful outdoor space has plenty of space for relaxing and playing. A well stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, and high speed WIFI service complete our home. The space Located on a quiet neighborhood street, our spacious home sleeps up to 10 guests in comfortable beds. We have three queen beds that each sleep 2 guests as well as two sets of bunk beds that sleep 4 guests. We also have one sleeper sofa in the living room, for adults that don’t feel comfortable sleeping on a top bunk. (We do not accept more than ten guests.) The park and pool down the street is a short walk away. On the first floor you will find the primary bedroom, with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. At the front of the house are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom between them. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two sets of bunk beds. Upstairs you will find the final bedroom which has a queen bed and its own full bathroom. The backyard is truly an oasis of fun. We offer a grill on our covered patio complete with vibe lighting! We also have a generous grassy backyard with plenty of space to spread out and play lawn games. With a privacy fence surrounding the entire yard, you will have your own private space to enjoy. Don't miss the game room in the loft! Complete with a pool table, air hockey table, poker table, board games, and our favorite- a vintage style Ms. Pac Man arcade game, we know you and your guests will have a blast exploring this part of our home. Our listing also features a beautiful kitchen, complete with dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, and cooking supplies. We also have a full laundry room with a complimentary washer and dryer. We hope you enjoy all of the Southwest touches we have added throughout the home. It truly is a Southwestern Vibe! Please Note: There is no guest access to the garage area. Right down the street from our home is Pinnacle Park (0.4 miles away, or about an 8 minute walk). It features a large pool, playground, and disc golf course. We hope that our guests will enjoy accessing these neighborhood highlights. We are located approximately 3 miles from the quaint Georgetown Square which features restaurants, bars, comedy shows, and a local theatre. You can also find a Saturday Farmers' Market, walking/hiking trails, a dog park, and Blue Hole swimming area. San Gabriel park is not to be missed and often offers family events such as movie nights and local concerts. Downtown Georgetown is also the proud home of Southwestern University. Our location is only 2 miles from Interstate 35 which is your path to anywhere in the Austin area. Downtown Austin is only an easy 30 minute drive straight down the highway. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home. We are located in a charming neighborhood. There is plenty of driveway parking, as well as street parking if needed. The garage is not available for guests. WE ASK THAT THERE BE A MAXIMUM OF THREE CARS PER RESERVATION. PLEASE INQUIRE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN THREE VEHICLES. The nearest HEB grocery store is only 4 miles away for convenient access to groceries. Other things to note We require that you have a verified identity on AirBnb to book our property. Please make sure you have a government ID uploaded to your profile before requesting to book. We do not allow parties, pets, or smoking of any kind. If we detect smoke of any kind, our additional cleaning fee of $500 is immediately applied. We have a late checkout fee of $25. Thank you for checking out by 11:00am!
