Pehtoor's house offers cozy living in an idyllic rural setting. The house has 3 bedrooms (2+2+1-2 people), a kitchen, a fireplace, a living room, 2 workstations and a dining room, as well as a toilet and a sauna. A wood-fired sauna and hot tub are also available. We have invested in sleeping comfort, excellent beds and bedding. Double beds can be converted into two separate beds. Large hectare plot, plenty of parking space in the yard, private road. Logistically excellent location, airport, main roads and services nearby. The space Villa Söder is a genuine idyllic country manor protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency, whose history dates back to the 16th century. The existing buildings are mostly over a hundred years old. The fields are still cultivated. Ideal for e.g. a business trip/employment apartment or temporary home. Also for long-term accommodation. Other things to note Logistically excellent location. The manor is located north of Nuuksio National Park with good connections. 45 min to the airport and the center of Helsinki. All services in the center of Nummela are 10 minutes away. Convenience store 1 km. The area has a wide variety of nature attractions and exercise activities. Nearby are, for example, Vihti Ski Resort, PuuhaPark, and Nuuksio National Park. Vihti is truly an Adventureland!
