Access typically starts Memorial Day weekend and ends after Labor Day weekend. - free parking spots located at the cabin on either side - 3 designated spots for parking - 1 parking spot allowed in front of cabin steps Internet/Wifi - Xfinity TV service provider - SLING TVs - Roku Smart TVs sleeping arrangements: - bedroom 1 main floor - king bed (sleeps 2) - bedroom 2 upstairs - king bed (sleeps 2) - bedroom 3 down stairs - queen bunk bed (sleeps 4) sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) - living room - sleep sofa (sleeps 2) total sleeps = 12 Guest access -The entire house is yours to enjoy - washer and drier available - hot tub on main level deck Other things to note We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bags for kitchen trash can, and 1 bag per trash can outside (2 trash cans located outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests, etc. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $30 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - ice maker : produces smaller amounts and may not be suitable for large groups. We advise bringing bagged ice. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $55 fee. - No BBQ grill at this property - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App Seasonal Note: Ladybugs are common in the Smoky Mountains during certain times of the year. Despite regular cleaning and pest prevention, some may be present. This is normal for the area. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent entry.
