East Austin oasis is a restored and modernized 40's bungalow whose renovation centered around a love of entertaining. Our lounge is outfitted with an expansive vinyl collection, our dining room and outdoor living / dining areas were built to foster quality time and conversation. Our home is nestled within walking distance from many of the lauded eastside restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, etc and offers a 5 minute Uber to downtown. The space Within our two-level home, the primary king bed/bath is downstairs (bedroom 1) as is the dedicated office space (bedroom 4) with ensuite full bath that doubles as a guest bath while entertaining. The office does not have a bed, but we are happy to set up a queen air mattress for you. Downstairs living, dining and kitchen are open concept and are outfitted to accommodate young children's needs. A dedicated laundry room with second refrigerator is tucked into the hallway leading to the backyard. Beyond the baby gate, upstairs you'll find a queen guest room (bedroom 2) and a nursery (bedroom 3) that share a jack and jill bathroom. Our nursery includes a crib, baby monitor, extra pack-n-play should you need it, or we'd be happy to set up an air mattress. A second living area with 65 inch Samsung Frame TV is a great place for the kids to hang out whilst our instrument room / library is a great place for an adult to take video calls privately. Tons of natural light floods the house, a key requirement of our renovation, inviting you to the fenced backyard with outdoor lounge furniture, BBQ grill, and 6-8 person dining table under cafe lights. You are welcome to park in the carport with alley and backyard entry access. Guest access You will be free to use our entire home, backyard and carport as if it is your own.
