The tiny house has breathtaking views of the meadow and stars at night. The properties are only listed together for privacy. The space POOL HOUSE SLEEPS 4 As soon as the door opens into the living space, you feel like you've entered a magical location. Experience the modern organic interior, as you take in nature's beauty through the walls of glass windows. Downstairs is an open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen, a dining table that seats six, and a comfortable living area. Upstairs is a TV nook with a smart TV and a leather sofa. There are 2 tranquil bedrooms, one a king and the other a queen, as well as a full bathroom. The bath has a claw-foot tub with a rain shower head. Outdoor amenities include an 82-ft heated lap pool with a retractable cover (Open Approx. May 15 to Oct 15), a Viking gas grill, an outdoor dining table, and a fire pit. Take in the incredible views while relaxing by the pool or roasting marshmallows sitting by the fire pit. TINY HOUSE SLEEPS 2 Everything you need for an additional two guests to the pool house or use the studio as a quiet place to work away from the pool house. The Tiny House is newly renovated with floor-to-ceiling windows, an efficient kitchen, and a spacious layout. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee and breakfast before joining the rest of your group at the pool house. A full bathroom with a glass stall shower and rain head. Down the steps is a queen bed with linen bedding and incredible views out the wall of sliding glass doors out to the deck. Enjoy a game of scrabble or a quiet book on the built-in sofa. The Pool House and Tiny House are offered together. When the Pool House is rented separately the tiny house will not be offered for total privacy. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the seasonal pool, pool house, and tiny house, as well as the fenced-in grounds. Next door is the owner's home. The pool house and tiny house are completely separate from the main house and no interaction is necessary. APPROXIMATE POOL SEASON DATES are from Memorial Day - Oct 1 Other things to note The pool house is only rented together with the tiny house for privacy. If the pool house is being rented separately (another listing) the tiny house will not be offered. If you are over 6ft tall-ish, the rain shower head at the Pool House might require crouching. The homeowners' house (black house) is 200 feet away on the property with a shared driveway. You may see their car and you may see them in the yard of the main house only. No interaction is necessary unless you want to! Although the property is fenced off, so only guests can access the pool, the pool itself is not fenced. The pool also does not have a shallow end. (This is why we do not allow children or pets).
