Perfect for exploring the restaurants, shops, parks and bars of this great area, as well as everything downtown Toronto has to offer. Subway is only minutes away by foot! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably sleeps four adults. The space Welcome to a bright 1 bedroom basement apartment in a neighborhood that is safe, fun (countless shops, restaurants, a huge shopping mall, grocery stores and one of the biggest parks in the city) and convenient (Dufferin subway station is only a few minutes walk). The apartment is self contained, which means you will have total privacy and can come and go as you please. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig Coffee machine. The apartment is great for people of all heights, as basement ceilings are about 7.5 feet high. Apartment is also equipped with high speed internet and a TV with Netflix. Apartment comfortably sleeps four adults, has ample storage space and a small sitting area with table for those looking to catch up on emails or do some work remotely. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for exploring and enjoying everything the city has to offer. In addition to it's great location, the apartment is also a perfect place to relax, watch movies, listen to some tunes or make a gourmet meal with family or friends. Comfortable in floor heating makes this apartment the perfect place to stay during winter. In addition to the essentials (clean sheets, towels, shampoo/soap and basic cooking items) I will also provide the following items (which I believe to be essential to any good stay): Keurig coffee and tea High speed internet Netflix The apartment is ideally located for families, as one of the biggest parks in the city is only a few minutes walk away (Dufferin Grove Park). This park has playgrounds, community events and a year round farmer's market (every Thursday from 3-7 pm). Groceries and a shopping mall are also within walking distance. Finally, if you would like to reserve a Pack 'n Play for your stay, please let me know in advance, as I will need to arrange to have it set up and prepared upon your arrival! Based on availability, please inquire at time of booking. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire private apartment and coin operated laundry (laundry is not located in the unit itself, but quite close by). Detailed instructions for access and use of laundry will be provided for confirmed guests and will also be available in the house manual online and in the apartment. Other things to note Parking is available on the premises for a small fee (please inquire about availability at the time of booking). Check in time after 3 PM is flexible, as the apartment is accessed via coded keypads. This means that late or uncertain arrival times are no problem. In an effort to produce less waste and use less energy, please place used towels on the floor in the bathroom and unused towels folded on the bedside table, thanks!
