Victory Cottage is a beautiful two bedroom self-catered accommodation situated in central Stanley. The perfect location; the house is located on Ross Road opposite Victory Green, giving the occupants a beautiful view across the harbour. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The house is full of character, and has been recently renovated; and includes a well-equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a dining room and lounge. Perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Stanley. The space The ground floor of Victory Cottage consists of a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and small bathroom. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, complete with an induction hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and all of the crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils you are likely to require. The dining room has a dining table complete with six dining chairs so you can entertain friends comfortably, and includes a small dedicated workspace. The sitting room has a beautiful outlook on to the harbour, and features a flat screen TV, a sofa, armchair, and various books, DVDs and games to keep you entertained in the evening. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one contains a king-sized bed, and the other bedroom is two singles. All of the mattresses are new. Please let the hosts know if you are travelling with children, we can provide some toys if needed. A generous welcome pack is provided on arrival. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property throughout their stay. Other things to note We provide WIFI at Victory Cottage. We have connections with tour providers and outdoor adventure providers here in the Islands, and we are happy to provide details for you, to help you plan your stay in the Islands. If you need other information (such as car rental, FIGAS flights, local recommendations on trips to book etc) please get in touch, and we will help where we can. Although our cancellation policy will not allow last minute cancellations, we are very aware the flights to the Falkland Islands are often delayed or cancelled due to the weather conditions. So although we will not accept other cancellations as detailed in our cancellation policy, we will not penalise guests who have had their plans altered due to flight cancellations/alterations. We will always reimburse the cost of the booking if your flight to the Falkland Islands is delayed or cancelled.
