Located just one minute walk to beach, across A1A. Close to Walmart, Winn Dixie, Health food store, Lou's Blues bar, Cuban restaurant, bakery and Publix market. Set up to accommodate couples, with the option to sleep extra person on the fold down couch. Room has fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker with hot plate/cooker and gas BBQ available. Kitchen sink outdoors. Host family live onsite, room is adjoined to house with your own private entrance. The space Guest side of front deck is divided from host side. Area is very shaded with jasmine vine, and has area for hammock (rolled up under tin roof to keep dry) and space to hang wet swim suits. Kitchen sink is outdoors and hot plate can be used in or out. Good size outdoor table and comfy chairs to enjoy. During your stay Host family live onsite and are available if needed. Let us know if you need kitchen items or internet re-booted etc. Other things to note You have your own window unit air conditioner. Please turn off the air conditioning while away. There is a ceiling fan in the room for your comfort and windows are screened for breeze without the bugs.
