Our space is perfect for you if you are traveling on business, with family or a quick stay-cation! This unit is located in a modern, luxury high rise building on a quiet, safe street right in the heart of the city. Our building offers many amenities including free secure parking! The space This one bedroom-one bath luxury suite is located in a secure modern high rise building on a quiet street; in the heart of Midtown. This property is surrounded by a host of Atlanta’s hotspots and famous attractions. We are in walking distance of many nightclubs and bars! We are also surrounded by a number of popular restaurants. Our property is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers, as well as business travelers. The area is well lit, walker friendly and safe! We offer free hi speed wifi and free parking! This unit is furnished with the following amenities: - Fully equipped modern stainless steel kitchen (utensils, dishes, pots/pans, cups, silverware and a Keurig!) - Dishwasher - An assortment of spices and seasonings - Electric fireplace with heater. - Balcony - Free secure parking in a gated, monitored garage. - 2 Smart TVs ready to stream your favorite shows and movies. - Washer and dryer - Hair Dryer - Towels - Extra bedding - First Aid Kit - Shampoo/conditioner/body wash - Hangers - Iron with board - Steamer - Air Mattress Guest access Guests will have full access of the unit and property amenities. Note** Please DO NOT visit the leasing office, concierge, NOR disturb, harass, or ask questions to the other residents. They will not be able to assist you with apartment access, garage access, facility access, nor any information. If you have ANY questions please contact your host directly. Other things to note - No loud music or noise after 10 pm, as this is a quiet community. If a noise complaint is received guests will be asked to leave the property. This is the warning! - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or the building. This is a NON SMOKING building. YOU WILL BE CHARGED a $400 fee if a smoking scent or any evidence of smoking is present in the unit. Again this is a NON SMOKING BUILDING. - Any broken or damaged items that are discovered after your stay will be charged to your account to replace. - Excessive cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please attempt to leave the unit close to the condition that you have found it. The cleaning fee included paid is for light to standard cleaning. Excessive cleaning is determined by the cleaning company and is often for work taking more than 2 hours to complete. Any evidence of parties or gatherings will result in an additional fee of $500. Any left bio hazardous materials including bodily fluids but not limited to Vomit, Blood, Urine, or Fecal matter will result in an additional fee of $500. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Do not leave valuable items inside your car. Also, make sure to lock your car. Though our garage is very secure, we are still in the heart of midtown and anything (though rare) can happen! We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle.
