Cozy Hot Tub Destination (A quiet getaway)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home is absolutely NOT for parties or anything loud. It's peaceful! Spend a night out with your significant other with a heated hot tub, intimate games, massage table and a spacious updated kitchen and living area. This space is perfect for date night rendezvous, baby showers, game nights, family events, and more. All events with more than 6 people must be approved by the host. Security deposit is $150. Contact us to inquire! The space Our property is a 3 bedroom one bath bungalow home with open floor plan on main level. Full kitchen with island. Jacuzzi room in basement which seats 8 ppl. Massage area and table in basement with purple light theme as well. Bedrooms include 1 full size bed. 2 twin beds. 1 queen bed upstairs with a TV in each room. The living room has a 75' TV and the Jacuzzi room has a 65' TV. The jacuzzi room also has Bluetooth light bulbs that play music and more from your device as well as change colors and LED lights to control too. Guest access All spaces are available for use in the home. The jacuzzi room and Jacuzzi are off limits for children for their safety. There's a massage area with table, towels, in basement as well. no children allowed on massage table and in area as well. Other things to note We are VERY strict about parties, smoking, loud music, and loud guest. We do monitor activity via the outside Ring system and we have a monitoring neighbor on the block. We love to host your stay but will police remove you and your guest at the very first complaint by any neighbor. There will be no refund given. This is a quiet neighborhood with older neighbors and we MUST and will remain respectful of our home and them! Massage table is located in basement. ** Must bathe and wash any and all oils off before entering Jacuzzi. We maintenance the jacuzzi daily. Making sure the chemicals are correct and the jacuzzi is clean. Guest doesn't have to leave for us to maintenance the jacuzzi we are usually in and out. This applies to stays longer than one night. Daily we will come by for about 20 minutes in the basement take care of be jacuzzi and then we are gone.
