Just 100 meters (1 block from the Rambla), surrounded by services and connected to public transport, will make your stay more practical. In addition, automatic check-in: you can pick up the access tag in a lockbox located 450 meters from the property, which will give you total flexibility with your arrival. *If you're looking for luxury, this space is probably not what you need.* The space The 30m2 studio apartment was designed to offer maximum comfort. A low wall separates the bedroom from the living room, where a 58" Smart TV can be rotated for you to enjoy from the queen size bed or sofa. On the sides of the bed, it has storage, lighting and plugs. In the living room you will find the sofa/bed, a coffee table, and a small table with stools. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathroom has a 30L water heater. The windows are equipped with blinds, curtains and ropes for drying clothes. IMPORTANT. During your stay you will have: - Bedding. - Towels (Large, hand and floor) - Products (2 rolls of toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). - Hairdryer. Guest access EXTRA (Beyond our control as hosts): - The building has co-ownership regulations that allow maintenance and renovation work to be carried out in neighboring units or common areas, during working days and hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm), without prior notice. Therefore, there may be noise during those hours, totally beyond our control as hosts. In the event of any inconvenience that may arise within our property during your stay, it will be a pleasure to assist you and we will do our best to help you and find a solution quickly. Other things to note *Early Check-in* -> If you need to check in before the scheduled time (3:00 pm), you can enter the apartment after 9:00 am for a supplement of USD 35. *Late check-out* -> If you need to check out after the scheduled time (11:00 am), you can do so until 5:00 pm for a supplement of USD 35.
