The Cocoanut Garden House

The Coconut Garden house is nestled under a Live Oak Tree with plenty of shade! Having the ability to admire a beautiful, garden is just one more reason consider staying. It feels like home! Tiles throughout with wood flooring in the bedrooms. A private and fenced back yard is adding to the charm with different types of plants and flowers. Enjoy the nature, looking out of each window with greenery surrounding the house. Close to the downtown action, but still away for a healthful relaxation. The space The Master bedroom with bath is on one side of the house, the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side with a second bath. which gives you plenty of privacy. Updated kitchen facing the living room and the front garden with a bird feeder and lots of different plants making your stay healthful and relaxed. Guest access The back yard is private with lots of mature palms, potted plants and flowers. Use the back gate to get to the laundry room, which is shared by the back house. Other things to note There is a small guest house on the same property and rented separately. The laundry room, which is accessible from the back yard, is shared. One parking space belongs to the Cocoanut Garden House, the other parking space belongs to the Guest House in the back. If you visit with more than one car, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
