Quiet location in countryside. Ample secure parking. Fitted kitchen. Shower room. Internet, Netflix, Prime etc. on TV. Underfloor heating throughout the cottage. Kitchen is fully supplied with utensils if you wish to cook. You will be provided with fresh milk, coffee, tea, croissants and cereals. The shower room will have shampoo, shower gel and soap. WiFi over 400 bus up and downloads. The space The Cottage sleeps a max. of 2 people (1 double bed). There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and a hairdryer. The main living area has a comfortable settee for 2 with a smart TV (digital access to Netflix/YouTube, iPlayer etc.), kitchen and dining table for 2 Just in case you need additional heating there is an electric radiator in the cupboards. We offer free WiFi access. The kitchen has full cooking facilities with a 4xHob and full oven , full sized fridge, kettle and toaster as well as a cafetière, teapot, cutlery, dishes and cups, etc. There is also a microwave. Off the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet. We supply hand-wash, body wash and shampoo as well as bath and hand towels. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with a drawer and hangers. Guest access The Cottage is exclusively for you. We live in a separate house close by. Other things to note We ask guests respectfully that: - No extra guests permitted (unless by prior arrangement). - No parties allowed. - No bicycles allowed inside the cottage (you are welcome to leave them in our locked garage). We do have 2 large dogs which are kept away from the cottage so you will not have to encounter them if you are unsure of dogs. Iron and ironing board are provided. Guests staying >3nights can use the washer and dryer in the main house. Alternatively, there are a number of launderettes nearby You will need your own passwords for Prime, Netflix etc.
